Coronavirus e turismo, il diritto al rimborso del viaggio annullato

A causa dell’emergenza Coronavirus, molti tour operator cancellano il pacchetto turistico precedentemente venduto. Ma chiunque neghi al turista il rimborso in euro, fornendo solo ed esclusivamente un voucher di pari importo, commette una pratica commerciale scorretta ed illegittima.
